Chain Hub Pro terms
These terms apply to the paid Chain Hub Pro add-on (Hub Pro license and Pro pack content).
Open-source Chain Hub (npm chain-hub) remains free under its own license.
1. Grant of license
Subject to payment (or approved beta access) and these terms, you receive a non-exclusive license to use Chain Hub Pro for your own digital product development. Pro includes two entitlements:
- Hub Pro license (
CHAIN-…key) — unlocks Pro features in the local hub (for example Brain) and online license validation within your plan limits. - Pro pack — skills, agents, workflows, and rules delivered separately after activation; not copied to your machine at checkout or approval alone.
Team plans cover use within your organisation up to the device limits stated at purchase.
2. License and delivery
After purchase or approval, you receive a Hub Pro license key (for example via
chainhub.one/account
). You must activate that key before Pro pack content can
be installed or refreshed. Default delivery is a license-gated HTTPS download (
chain pro install-pack or the hub Install Chain Hub Pro pack
control). We may record a GitHub username for account review; legacy private-repository
delivery via GitHub collaborator invite is optional and not required for HTTPS delivery.
You may not share license keys, pack files, manifest URLs, or download credentials with anyone who has not purchased or been invited under your plan.
3. No redistribution
You may not publish, resell, sublicense, or publicly mirror Pro pack skills, agents, workflows, rules, or advisor datasets. Markdown on disk is not DRM-protected; enforcement focuses on access to updates and private distribution channels.
4. Subscription and revocation
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. On cancellation or refund we may revoke your Hub Pro license, end pack update entitlement (including license-gated downloads), and invalidate online validation. Content you already copied locally may remain on your machines; you lose entitlement to updates and support.
5. Beta and early access
Beta access is provided as-is. Features, pricing, and delivery mechanisms may change before general availability.
6. Contact
Questions: use the contact channel listed on chainhub.one/pro or reply to your onboarding email.
