Chain Hub Pro privacy notice

This notice covers data processed when you purchase or use Chain Hub Pro. The open-source Chain Hub CLI and local hub run primarily on your machine; this page describes commercial and account services hosted by us.

Data we collect

• Email address (checkout, magic-link sign-in, support)
• GitHub username (optional; account review or legacy private-repo pack delivery)
• License key metadata, device identifiers, and activation timestamps
• Payment records handled by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

How we use it

To deliver and revoke entitlements, send onboarding and account emails, prevent abuse, and provide support. License validation may contact our API when online validation is enabled.

Processors

• Stripe — payments
• Cloudflare — license API hosting and D1 database
• Resend — transactional email (when configured)
• GitHub — optional legacy private-repo pack delivery (collaborator invites when enabled)

Retention

We retain license and billing records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute resolution.

Your choices

Manage devices at chainhub.one/account . Cancel subscriptions through Stripe or by contacting support. You may request access or deletion of account data subject to legal retention requirements.
